Simple - choose your package, book online, and we deliver heavy-duty totes, a dolly, and labels right to your door. Pack up, move, and we come pick everything up when you're done.

All packages include a two week rental or four week rental. Need more time? Extensions are available.

Extensions are easy to arrange. Contact us at least 72 hours before your return date and we'll add one-week increments at $3 per tote. Totes returned late without a confirmed extension are subject to a late fee.

We deliver throughout Nanaimo and surrounding areas including Parksville, Coombs, Errington, Nanoose Bay, Lantzville, Cedar, Saltair, Chemainus and Ladysmith. Delivery and pickup are included in all packages within Nanaimo. A small surcharge applies to some surrounding areas which is confirmed at checkout.

Yes. We ask that someone be present at both delivery and pickup so we can confirm the tote count and condition together. If you need to reschedule, just give us a heads up.

We accept all major credit and debit cards securely through Stripe. Payment is required to confirm your booking.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

Our totes are 102 litres - approximately 77cm x 52cm x 37cm. They hold up to 65 lbs each, stack securely, and fit more than a standard cardboard box without the risk of the bottom falling out.
